Toiling away, doing a bunch of nonsense... and after multitudes of idiotic ideas later...


...it will occur.

A story by the name of "Wishful Thinking".

A comic idea that actually has plot will be created and drawn around the month of June, by the ever-talented , who has graced me with her abilities. It's something I never expected to actually happen, but it's finally going to occur.

Fuzzy directed some people to me in her journal as to details on the story, so I wrote this small piece up to give insight. If this journal doesn't answer questions, please leave a comment and I will get to you ASAP.


SETTING:
The story is going to be a sci-fi fantasy genre, and will take place across different planes of existence; a multiverse. This will mean I need to come up with entirely different realms in order to keep from being a hack and turning it into a crossover fanfic, but it's much more interesting to see something new than some random story to barge into.


ABOUT THE STORY:
I can't give away much detail right now, but to sum it up, we're going to go for a morally ambiguous storyline; essentially there is no true good or bad guy. While both sides will have good intentions, the methods they use to attain their goals, or the perspective they view others might be a deciding factor in what side you wish to attach with the most. To sum it up, it's to show people that just because you SAY you're right, does not necessarily mean you ARE right.


CURRENT UPDATE PLAN:
Fuzzy is currently planning a batch update schedule with 2-3 comics released at a time, which is outlined as the following:

Sunday: Artist rests; writer plans.
Monday: Artist rests; writer plans.
Tuesday: Artist draws comic.
Wednesday: Artist draws comic.
Thursday: Artist draws comic.
Friday: Artist and writer meets, touches up and does minor changes if needed.
Saturday: Pages are finalized and posted.

This plan is not solid, and changes to the update may occur depending on the artist's motivation or other circumstances withstanding.

Fuzzy will post them when she feels she would like to do so, and people will be updated if art comes out.

We are currently going to use Fuzzy's dA page, which can be seen at the top of this journal. If things become popular (or if we get bored enough), we'll set up an official comic website and distribute the proper advertisement.
